Sour cherry chocolate jam

Sour cherries and dark chocolate make a delicious spread! Here comes a recipe for sour cherry and chocolate marmalade.
Wash sour cherries, stone and finely puree. Mix 1500 g of it with gelling sugar of your choice (I take 3: 1 + 3 heaped teaspoons of Stevia sweetener) and boil 200 g of chopped dark chocolate + 100 g of chopped whole milk chocolate. Make gelling test. Hot fill in screw jars and turn upside down until cool.
For cooking I buy block chocolate, with the masses that I need, Milka, Lindt and Co would otherwise be multi-billionaires. Goes great.
With blackberries this chocolate jam also tastes very delicious. It is especially spicy with a little chili - sweet and spicy - delicious!
