Spaghetti pie (tin)

ingredients

For the dough


  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups of sugar
  • 1 cup of oil
  • 1 cup of mineral water
  • 2 cups of flour
  • 1 pck of baking soda

For covering

  • 4 cups of cream
  • 800 g yoghurt (nature)
  • 1 packet of leaf gelatine
  • 1 pack of paradise cream vanilla flavor
  • 2 bottles of strawberry sauce (there is ice)

  1. Stir eggs and sugar creamy, then stir in the flour mixed with the baking powder, stir in the oil and mineral water with the smallest stage of the blender, then you can switch higher.
  2. Lay out the baking sheet with baking paper and spread the dough on it.
  3. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and at this temperature bake the cake for about 30 minutes (chopstick sample).
  4. Allow the baked bottom to cool completely.

completion

  1. Swell the gelatine in cold water, then express well and dissolve. (I always take my baking cup, put the expressed gelatin in and place it in a water bath). Allow the dissolved gelatine to cool.
  2. Now whip 2 1/2 cups of whipped cream, stir in the yoghurt and cooled gelatine and spread on the floor.
  3. Mix the remaining cream with the paradise cream and fill in a piping bag with a thin hole opening.
  4. Use the piping bag to spray spaghetti onto the yoghurt mixture.
  5. Tip: Works very well with a potato press.
  6. Finally, spread the strawberry sauce (which you can make yourself) over the spaghetti.

Enjoy the cake well chilled.
