Spicy pepper bread

This pepper bread is quite party suitable. It has everything I love: it goes fast and tastes great and goes well with cheese, I like it with Camembert or salty butter.

Add 1 cube of yeast and 250 ml of lukewarm milk to a dough and let it go for a while. Then you add the following ingredients:

450 g of flour
Type 550 or 405
50 g of wheat meal
1 tsp sugar
2 teaspoons salt
30 g of margarine
2 tablespoons of pickled green peppercorns
1 tsp coriander

Knead everything well with the food processor and let it rise in a warm place until the dough has doubled. Then knead with your hands and put in a greased box shape. Let go again, about 20 minutes. Brush the surface with milk, cut longitudinally and then into the oven, where it is allowed to bake at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Allow to cool and enjoy as described above.
