You take
- Potatoes (who has time, raw, who does not have cooked)
- Cooked sausage (the one that you also put into the pea soup, no wiener sausages!)
- cream
- vegetable stock
preparation
Cut sausages into thin slices. Fry in some oil in a pan with lid. Add raw or cooked slices and sauté briefly. Add vegetable broth until potatoes are barely covered. Add cream. Bring to a boil and cover it. Turn the oven down. Cook for about 10 minutes with boiled potatoes, simmer for about 20 minutes with raw potatoes (make a raw bite test).
Then let it thicken for about 5 minutes without lid. Fresh salad tastes very good.
