Mashed potatoes with vegetables

If you cook daily, you get crazy ideas. And if the whole thing still tastes, that is an internal march past for the housewife.

So it's easy, you take the desired amount of potatoes and prepare everything as usual. Now you decide on a vegetable (carrots, beetroot, broccoli or whatever else you prefer), clean it or take frozen vegetables, add it to the chopped potatoes and cook the whole thing.


If everything is fine, grab the rammer, but of course drain the water first. Not in the sink! This cooking water can still be used well for the sauce, because there is certainly still a side dish to it.

I still take the hand mixer after pounding, then it is pretty mushy. But everybody does that the way he likes it.

Add spices and milk as you like until you like the puree and taste it. Above all, sometimes a "vegetable muffle" to a portion of vitamins.

The side dishes can now be selected to suit your mood.
