ingredients
- 1 avocado
- 250 g of quark
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 pck of vanilla sugar
- lemon juice
- some cinnamon
- Chocolate Shaving
preparation
Trigger Avocado (as you always do), crush it finely and drizzle with lemon juice (so that nothing turns brown).
Mix all ingredients except for Schoki, puree as desired and mix the chocolate chips before serving.
The amount of sugar can vary, depending on your taste!
