Tasty onion meat

For those who like onion or want to try it out, here is a recipe for how to prepare it.

ingredients

  • about 750 g pork or schnitzel meat
  • 400 g - 500 g onions
  • 5 tbsp oil
  • Salt, pepper, parsley
  • 1 clove of garlic (who likes more)

preparation

  1. Cut the meat into thin slices, cut the onions into thin strips and mix well with salt, pepper, chopped parsley and garlic clove (finely chopped or pressed). Cover the whole in a bowl and let stand for about 2 hours, shaking occasionally.
  2. Now take out the meat (grate the onions), fry in oil or grill, after roasting, return the meat to the bowl with the onions, shake well and leave covered again for a short time.

You can then serve the onion meat with bread, and a salad of cucumber and tomato.
