Tomatoes stuffed with minced meat
For 2 to 4 people - depending on hunger:
Ingredients:
4 large beef tomatoes
400 g minced meat (pork, beef or mixed - depending on your preference)
1 onion
1 tbsp rice
1 good shot (mild) mustard
Salt, pepper, oregano
little olive oil
Preheat oven (bottom / top heat, 200 degrees)
Wash the tomatoes, cut off a thin lid at the top and hollow out. Chop the onion. Mix the minced meat in a bowl with the onion, rice, mustard and spices well with your hands.
Fill the tomato with it and put the previously cut lid on top. Put the tomatoes in a casserole dish, in which a little olive oil was poured.
In the oven for about 45 minutes (middle of the oven)
Serve with rosemary potatoes or rice and a small salad leaves.
A little hint:
Remove the contents of the hollowed tomatoes. This can be z. B. for a tomato sauce.
