Tasty meat pizza

I was so sorry, every time I got visitors, they all just wanted to eat meatballs. Now I surprise my visit with a meat pizza with which I have hardly any work.

I take 1 kg of minced meat and prepare it from a normal Bulettenteig. Now I grease a baking sheet and distribute my finished (raw) mince on it.
I sprinkle them with tomato paste and add peeled and sliced ​​tomatoes. Now everything comes in the tube and is baked for about 25 minutes at 180 ° C.
Now I prepare the surface. I take 500 ml of cream, a bag of grated cheese, and lots of spices, depending on the season like fresh.

Now I'm calm, my preparations are complete. I can welcome my guests in peace. 20 minutes before we eat I coat my meat pizza with the prepared toppings. The whole again for about 12 minutes, at 180 ° C top heat. If the topping is golden brown, then the meat pizza is perfect.
