Trout mousse on pumpernickel
Would you like to introduce yourself to an appetizer today? But also tastes as a snack for beer or wine.
Ingredients for four persons:
4 trout fillets
2 shallots
2 El Creme Fraiche
8 tbsp sweet cream
pepper
1 pack of round pumpernickel
fresh parsley
Preparation:
Mince the trout fillets with a fork, dice the shallots and place in a shaker. Add the remaining ingredients and puree with a blender. Spread the mousse on the pumpernickel and decorate with parsley.
