I like to buy in Turkish supermarkets.
For people who like to cook fresh, this is a treasure chest. There is not much ready-made food, but a lot of fresh food. Fruits and vegetables that are otherwise difficult to digest - e.g. Dandelion vegetables, Swiss chard, Rapa.
At the fruit quinces and pomegranates.
Every day fresh herbs like peppermint and smooth parsley as well as fresh coriander.
Twice a week fish at the in-house fish stall!
Lamb meat, lamb mince - where else can you get it fresh? Lamb chops are cut open for the barbecue party, you get poultry sausages there.
Very tasty yogurt in kilo buckets - very reasonably priced.
And for the ladies to depilate there is in the soap and Waschpulverabteilung the great sugar depilatory paste.
The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Shopping in these markets is fun!
