Vegetarian Borlotti bean pate

Vegetarian borlotti bean pate - absolutely delicious.

This amount is enough for 4 to 6 people

ingredients

  • 1 tin Borlotti beans, 400 g, drained
  • 200 g Philadelphia cream cheese, nice and nice and fat
  • 60 g of melted butter
  • Juice of a lemon
  • each 2 tablespoons of parsley and dill chopped
  • Pepper, salt to taste
  • For decoration: extra Borlotti beans, radish slices, a few salad leaves, lemon juice and olive oil, 2 tbsp each.

preparation

  1. The Borlotti beans (Turkish supermarkets carry them) are minced with the ingredients listed in the food processor to a paste.
  2. You oil small molds, cut a baking tray from baking paper - it will slip better when you drop the patties.
  3. The spicy mass is filled and smoothed. Let it cook in the fridge for at least 3 hours.
  4. Then you throw the Borlotti pate on a pretty plate, wrapped with some Borlotti beans, salad and radish slices.
  5. This small salad is drizzled with olive oil and lemon juice. Whole wheat toast tastes great.

If you do not get Borlotti beans - in principle, other canned legumes will taste the same.

The patties are so delicious, because you leave the liver sausage for!
