Veggie Patty (for burgers)

Here is a very simple Veggie Patty recipe for those who want to make their own burgers, but refrain from meat. It turned out to be on a ski holiday when the next larger store was 20 kilometers away and we had to fall back on what the corner shop had to offer. Those were:

300 g frozen vegetable mix (for example, peas, corn and baby tubes)
1 dry bread from the previous day
2 eggs
spices

The vegetables are thawed and a little soft-boiled (drain water), so it can be better vermatschen. The bread crumbles you. Together with the two eggs, put everything together in a bowl and knead properly. Then it is still seasoned (onion is also good in there).

Heat oil in medium frying pan, bring the mixture to the desired shape and size. If the pan has a lid, always on top of it - then the egg also stops from above, so that the patties can be turned better. Depending on the thickness it takes about 5 minutes to bake.

Ready is the vegetarian Burgerpatty, which tastes better and certainly healthier than everything from the big M;)
