Apple caramel pudding

This dessert is creamy, fruity, yummy.

Ingredients for 4:

500 g apples
3 tbsp sugar
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
500 ml of milk
1 packet of caramel pudding for cooking
125 ml of cream
100 ml of chocolate

Cut the peeled apples into pieces, bring to a boil with a little water, 1 tbsp sugar and lemon juice. Cover for 3 minutes and simmer. Fill in glasses and let cool.

Make a pudding from milk, custard powder and remaining sugar. Put on the apples and let cool. Before serving, put the whipped cream on the dessert and drizzle with chocolate.
