Apple mousse

A delicious dessert for guests and uncomplicated in the preparation.

Ingredients:

1 kg of apples
30 g of margarine
3 tablespoons lemon juice
40 g of sugar
200 ml of apple juice
4 sheets of white gelatin
150 g of yogurt
200 ml of cream

Soak gelatin. Peeled peeled and chopped apples in margarine. Add 2 tbsp lemon juice, 20 g sugar and the apple juice. Cook for 15 minutes and puree with the magic wand. Press out the gelatine and dissolve in the hot sauce. Allow to cool slightly and then stir in the yoghurt. Allow to cool completely. Beat the cream until stiff and fold in the cream as soon as the cream begins to gel. Put in jars and refrigerate. Garnish with apple wedges and serve with apple liqueur.
