Asparagus a la Kishimoto

Clean asparagus and peel. Fill the pot with 2cm of water, bring to the boil, insert the steam and put the asparagus on top. Approximately Steam for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile prepare the marinade, consisting of:
2/3 dark soy sauce, 1/3 sesame oil (made from roasted sesame seeds - available in Asiashop).

Arrange the still warm asparagus on a vegetable platter, add the marinade and serve immediately. Serve with fresh jacket potatoes.
