Bolognese filled pancakes
Prepare pancakes as usual and set aside.
1 bag or 2 (depends on the size of the pancakes and appetite) Knorr fix for spaghetti bolognese according to preparation.
Brush every single pancake with bolognese and roll up.
Place side by side in a casserole dish and sprinkle with cheese!
Bake in the oven and bake until cheese runs dry or crispy!
Goes fast and tastes hearty, especially with guests and red wine.
