Buy and freeze milk

Do you know that too? In the morning, cornflakes with milk, pancakes for lunch and in the afternoon the kids want to drink warm cocoa after sledding? And even you do not like to drink the coffee black.

Often the milk goes away like nothing and often you need almost no days for days. Then she got sick and off to the sink.

Buy fresh milk daily? Who wants, ok. But I do not want to. In addition, I usually take with me a few other things that I just "absolutely" need and finally pay instead of 0.79 cents for 1 L, milk at the box office 10 times.


My advice:

Simply freeze the milk. I have been doing this for 15 years and am therefore always "prepared". To defrost, simply place the milk on a saucer and wait. Only downside: 1/2 day already takes. You can of course put the frozen milk pack in the sink and run hot water over it. So you get in a relatively short time definitely enough milk for the coffee or a cup of cocoa together. In the microwave, I would not give it to thaw. That could be obvious ...

Important:

after thawing, shake the pack very well. This is how the fat of the milk spreads well. Otherwise, only a thin white liquid comes out and the fat floats at the bottom of the pack. Another advantage is that after thawing, the milk does not get as bad as if it had been fresh. I have not had bad milk for years!


Frozen and then thawed milk tastes no worse. The quality is guaranteed the same!

I always thought milk was freezing, would make more people. But after my entire circle of friends and acquaintances always shook their heads in disbelief, I thought to myself that I would pass the tip on "globally".

As I said, for 15 years I have only thawed milk and we all live!
