Candlesticks from grandmas old silver cutlery

My old silver cutlery from grandma looks nice, but I hardly use it at all. I would probably have to clean it more often. Since it is in the closet anyway, I converted it into a candle holder. This suits every party, including the wedding table. Because the patina is wanted, cleaning is also unnecessary.

I took silver teaspoons for the pictured small candlestick. They are placed around a candle, with the spoon handles becoming the base of the candlestick. To see the decorated side of the handle, the spoon trowel is first bent slightly towards the front of the teaspoon. Then put the three spoons together so that the trowels hold the candle and the spoon handles become legs for the candlestick. Tie the three teaspoons tightly together with a tear-resistant band in front of the spoon ends. This looks good even with a simple package tape. The candlestick can also be made with forks. The good thing, you can disassemble the candle holder at any time again and turn the cutlery straight. Grandma's cutlery is not ruined irrevocably.
