Carrot stew in a pressure cooker - a lot of visitors included

When I announce that I want to cook carrot stew again, my children invite their friends and / or my girlfriend comes over with a husband and a child, because it is always so delicious. He is very cheap.

Carrots must smell good - in winter, the cheap ones are good too.


Potatoes are also arbitrary - the larger, the less peel.

My quantities: as much potatoes as carrots (each 2 kg) and about 1 kg of beef.


Preparation:


First, my meat is cooked, about 30 minutes in a steam pot including broth.

When the meat is ready, take out and strain the broth. The peeled potatoes and carrots are then cooked in this broth for about 10 -15 minutes at steam level 1.

When it has cooled down a bit, it is stamped with a rammer (I have that of Tupper). Never purée with the blender, it will be like paste.

Possibly there is too much broth in the pot, so it is best to skim off something before pounding and put it to one side. If it is too firm, you can pour it back.

Tasting - pure beef.

At the table, season to taste with salt and pepper.

You can refine it with cream for little children or anorexics, so that the whole gets a few more calories.
