Cauliflower and broccoli gratin
ingredients
- 1 cauliflower
- 500 g of broccoli
- salt
- 1 thick slice of cooked ham (about 150 g)
- 300 ml of milk
- 3 eggs
- 125 g of cream cheese cream cheese
- pepper
- 50 g of medieval Gouda
Zubreitung
- Divide cauliflower and broccoli into equal size florets.
- Cut stems into 1 cm thick slices.
- Blanch vegetables in salted water for 5 minutes, drain, quench with cold water and drain well in a colander.
- Dice the ham.
- Mix the milk with the eggs and the cream cheese. Season with salt and pepper until spicy.
- Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees celcius.
- Place the cauliflower, broccoli and ham in a greased baking dish.
- Evenly douse with egg milk and rub the cheese over it.
- Bake gratin for about 30 minutes.
