Christmas cocoa to give away
Because I like the Christmas spices so much, I spice up my cocoa with it. The mixture is also good as a gift.
For a glass of the mixture take one
- 200 g cocoa (baking cocoa, not Kaba)
- 100 g whole milk chocolate
- 50 g of powdered sugar
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon powder
- 1 teaspoon clove powder
- 1 tsp ginger powder
preparation
- The milk chocolate is grated finely and mixed with the other ingredients.
- Then fill in a nice glass jar and decorate the lid with a mini Christmas napkin and gift ribbon.
I then write the preparation on a gift tag: Put 3 teaspoons of the mixture in a cup, fill with hot water, stir well and then add some more milk or cream.
People who like to drink Lumumba can still get a small bottle of rum.
