Curly sausage cut and fry
Another kind of sausage to fry: curly sausage cut.
If you fancy currywurst or grilled sausage, you can cut it well and they are well fried from all sides and inside, the later cutting, as in the Currywurst then also omitted.
Put a kebab skewer in the sausage and cut it across the sausage with a knife to create a curl shape, then add it to the pan or grill together with the skewers and at the end simply pull the skewers out again.
Especially good if you put them in a roll, because you can distribute the mustard or ketchup all in the sausage.
Also look delicious on a buffet.
