dogs meatballs
Delicious dog chickens / dog jackets.
If my grandchild is with me, we often bake dog biscuits / dog clubs (I back, she eats).
basic recipe
- 250 g liver sausage
- 1 egg
Further ingredients
A good handful of grated vegetables, no matter what. Carrots, kohlrabi, celery, you can also take leek, but it puffs. What the dog likes.
All this is kneaded together and kneaded with some flour products.
This time it was:
- a rest of biobasismüsli
- a rest of rough oatmeal
- a remainder spelled wholegrain flour
I then kneaded this dough with organic whole grain flour until I could make "meatballs" - medium size.
The dog chickens then came into the oven until they were nice and hard.
You can adjust the size of the frikos to the dog size.
Picture 1 shows the frikos, on picture 2 you can see my little grandchild. (She is just nibbling on a "5-pounder" a bone that weighs about 2.5 kg).
