Easily create your own anti-stress ball

An anti-stress ball is easily made by filling a deflated balloon with flour.

To fill, you need a funnel, which is put on the mouthpiece. The balloon is filled with flour until the beginning of the mouthpiece and then closed with a knot. He has just the right size for the hand.

By kneading the ball, the blood circulation in the body is stimulated, and it can thus reduce stress. Highly recommended after a long day, e.g. in the office on the PC or sometimes in between. The anti-stress ball is not big and therefore fits in any handbag.
