Lack of motivation to counteract sports

Many know it determined ... the lack of motivation to Sports float! And so you can prevent it!

Sleep at least 8 hours a night (so that the body has enough energy at all).

Have breakfast in the morning before the day really starts (promotes concentration)


Take your time after work for half an hour.

It's best to do sports three times a week for half an hour -> jogging, inline skating, cycling, Nordic walking, swimming ...)

Avoid eating after 7pm.


Sweets are allowed! but not more than a handful a day.

Do not look at the scale every day, preferably every week, because they do not do the same every day.

Ride your bike to work instead of driving (you'll automatically do something good for the environment too).
