Egg recipe in Egg coddler
ingredients
- Butter to rub out the coddler
- 1 egg, a little salt
- Pecorino with chili
- fresh garden cress
- fresh basil and some tomato
preparation
- Rub out the butter with butter, add a few crumbs of pecorino, open the egg and add it, then add a few stalks of cress and crushed basil (do not mince in the case of Thai or Schopf basilica).
- As a conclusion Pecorino, a bit of tomato (see photo) and some cress.
