Fast raspberry dessert

Today, Penny had fresh raspberries, beautifully painted, sweet-and-sweet, and just 99 cents. So I tried something new:

ingredients for 4 persons

  • 1 pck of raspberries
  • 4 - 8 teaspoons caramel syrup (eg coffee syrup from A..i)
  • 400 - 600 g Greek or Turkish
  • Yogurt with 10% fat

preparation

  1. Crush some raspberries for juice, set aside 4 pieces for decoration, drizzle the rest with syrup.
  2. Carefully fold in the yoghurt spoonful. Whistle while preparing, so that something is left over.
  3. Fill in dessert glasses or small bowls, decorate with a raspberry and to taste a fine stream of syrup. Possibly. until cold after the main course.
