Fast Vitello Tonnato

If it has to be really fast, we have Manzo Tonnato - not quite original, but very, very delicious.
ingredients
(For 4 people)
- 400 g roast beef (cut open by the butcher)
For the Tonnato sauce:
- 1 can of tuna in oil
- 1/2 lemon (juice)
- 150-200 g mayonnaise
- 1 coated EL anchovy paste or 3 anchovy fillets
- 2 tsp. Carps + 1-2 tsp. From the broth
- Karpern for serving
preparation
- Lay the roast beef on a large plate.
- Drain the tuna and puree with the anchovy paste and a little lemon juice. 2TL Karpern and a little broth to pass.
- Gradually add mayonnaise to the desired consistency and constantly whisk.
- Spread the Tonnato sauce generously over the roast beef and garnish with carps.
- A light white wine and baked Ciabatta or Panel Rustico.
