Fresh mushroom salad

You need:

250-300g mushrooms
2 spring onions
parsley
2-3 tablespoons oil (sunflowers, olive)
Salt, pepper, paprika
Juice of half a lemon

Clean the mushrooms, I do it with a brush, because when they are washed off, they are soaking in water - we do not want that ;-)

Then slices in 2-3mm thin slices, place in a bowl, also cut the onions and add.

Add the remaining spices, season as desired and then leave for at least 1 hour with lid or similar. The longer the salad pulls, the better it tastes.
