Ginger-garlic paste - always in stock

If you like Asian / Indian cooking, you often need ginger and garlic. But whenever you need it, you do not have fresh ginger.

You take:
Ginger and garlic, both peeled in equal parts, each about 50 g, puree in the household machine with a little water.

Place a small teaspoon on a clear foil with a teaspoon and freeze in the freezer. Later, keep the frozen ginger and garlic balls in a freezer bag.
The amount of half a teaspoon is often sufficient for a 4-person meal. And you always have ginger garlic in stock. Quick to hand, annoying peeling is eliminated ...;)
