Gratin gyros
ingredients
- 1kg gyros (even marinated or from the butcher)
- 2 cups of sour cream
- 100g cream
- 1/2 packet of 8 herbs of igloo
- Raspelkäse
preparation
- Fry the gyros and place in a casserole dish
- Mix sour cream, cream and herbs and pour over the meat
- Give cheese over it
- Bake at 180 ° for approx. 20-25 minutes
This fits rice or bread.
