Gratin gyros

ingredients

  • 1kg gyros (even marinated or from the butcher)
  • 2 cups of sour cream
  • 100g cream
  • 1/2 packet of 8 herbs of igloo
  • Raspelkäse

preparation

  1. Fry the gyros and place in a casserole dish
  2. Mix sour cream, cream and herbs and pour over the meat
  3. Give cheese over it
  4. Bake at 180 ° for approx. 20-25 minutes

This fits rice or bread.
