Honey roast for 4-5 persons
about 1.5 kg pork roast
honey
3 onions
1/4 l of wine
1.5 liters of water
1 cup 200 g cream

Brush the roast on one side with two to three tablespoons of honey and place it with the honey side in a roasting pan with very hot oil. Then brush the other side of the roast with honey. Roast the roast on all sides until it is almost black (this is not a spelling mistake).
Then add about 1 1/2 l of water to the fry, add 1 heaped teaspoon of Sambal Olek (there are Chinese). Then add 3 sliced onions and cook for about 90 minutes. Then add 200 g of cream and a 1/4 l wine and a dash of sugar cupola. Add 2 to 3 tbsp of instant gravy. Then thicken everything with sauce binder.
