Mashed potatoes leftover easy and fast

If you have left some mashed potatoes, you can make potato clumps, they are similar to croquettes, soft and crispy on the outside.

Add 1-2 eggs to the mashed potatoes (yes to the amount), some semolina (not too much, otherwise they will be too hard) then add a little more flour. Season again, then fill in a deco syringe and so beautiful piles (look almost like small rose petals) squirt on the plate.

Goes fast and easy.

At 220 degrees bake, if you are going too fast brown, rather down a step.
