Mold miniature meatballs for a chicken soup quickly
My family loves chicken soup with mini chicken balls. Have you been so bothered that it took you a long time to sculpt these balls? I felt the same way. Until I saw a Fersehkoch making gnocchis. He made a roll of the potato dough and then divided the skewer into the pieces he needed.
Then I came up with the idea to try the minced meat dough for the meatballs. So I've made a part of some "dough" in the starch, as I needed the dumplings. For me so about 1 cm in diameter. Then I split this roll into 1 cm pieces.
I have made a "strand" of about 20 cm. So gave about 20 mini balls, which I have only rolled in "form".
