ingredients for 4 persons

  • 2 kg of mussels
  • 1 bottle of white wine (dry, such as blanchet)
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 vegetable onion
  • 1 stick of leek
  • 1 large piece of celeriac
  • 1 pack of shell spice (for example from Ostmann)
  • 125 g of butter
