ingredients for 4 persons
- 2 kg of mussels
- 1 bottle of white wine (dry, such as blanchet)
- 2 carrots
- 1 vegetable onion
- 1 stick of leek
- 1 large piece of celeriac
- 1 pack of shell spice (for example from Ostmann)
- 125 g of butter
- Salt / pepper (from the mill)
preparation
- Clean shells, vegetables small cubes.
