No more herpes outbreak with oranges and lysine
I've had very bad herpes cases since childhood, some of which came back almost every week.
By accident I discovered that in the morning a freshly squeezed orange juice from 3 oranges, in combination with a lysine tablet works wonders.
I have faced herpes in all sorts of situations - where I would normally have had an outbreak - but the virus has not broken out in over a year!
Absolutely recommended. Also has the side effect that flu in winter, as well as cough and runny nose, are mitbekämpft.
