Parmesan butter
The Grill season is opened and thus the imagination knows no bounds. Parmesan butter is a great alternative to the usual herb butter.
Mostly grilled with us also delicious, crispy baguette, with herb butter / Knobibutter. In order to get a little variety on the table I experimented.
In addition to curry butter, butter with coarse sea salt or butter with lemon pepper I came up with the idea to butter with freshly grated Parmesan (we prefer the milder Grana Padano).
I just take soft butter and rub in a lot of fresh Parmesan. If you like, you can still salt something. Meanwhile, the Parmesan butter, whether in the family or at guests, enjoys great popularity and rivals the other butter variations.
