Persian chicken - the fast dish

This is a recipe for persian chicken from my late sister (restaurant owner). It goes fast and tastes soooo delicious!

Ingredients and preparation for 2 to 3 servings:

  1. Cut 2-3 chicken breasts and place them overnight in a flat casserole dish with: 1/2 tsp saffron, 5 lemons (squeezed) 1-2 tbsp olive oil and 1-2 tbsp soy sauce. The whole thing in the fridge (cover with plastic wrap).
  2. Season the next day meat with pepper and salt maybe a little curry and cook with the whole liquid in the oven at 180 degrees for about 45 minutes. Serve with rice.
