Quick biscuit (for a baking sheet)

Cooking or baking time: 15 min.
Total preparation time: 25 min.
Here comes my quick biscuit dough for rolls, pies or other toppings!
Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 125 g icing sugar / powdered sugar
- 1 vanilla sugar
- 120 g of flour
- 1 heaped tsp baking powder
Preparation:
- Beat eggs, icing sugar and vanilla sugar with the mixer at the highest level until the mixture is whitish and creamy.
- Mix the flour and baking powder, fold into the egg yolk and fold carefully.
- Spread the dough on a sheet of baking paper and place in the preheated oven.
- 190 degrees approx. 15 minutes (rod test) medium heat.
- Then tumble onto a damp dishcloth and either roll or just let it cool down.
I think if you fill the dough in a Springform, that will certainly be a real pie base. Maybe someone will try it.
