Quick biscuit (for a baking sheet)

Cooking or baking time: 15 min.
Total preparation time: 25 min.

Here comes my quick biscuit dough for rolls, pies or other toppings!

Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 125 g icing sugar / powdered sugar
  • 1 vanilla sugar
  • 120 g of flour
  • 1 heaped tsp baking powder

Preparation:

  1. Beat eggs, icing sugar and vanilla sugar with the mixer at the highest level until the mixture is whitish and creamy.
  2. Mix the flour and baking powder, fold into the egg yolk and fold carefully.
  3. Spread the dough on a sheet of baking paper and place in the preheated oven.
  4. 190 degrees approx. 15 minutes (rod test) medium heat.
  5. Then tumble onto a damp dishcloth and either roll or just let it cool down.

I think if you fill the dough in a Springform, that will certainly be a real pie base. Maybe someone will try it.
