Raclette banana

At the end of each raclette meal we have half a banana for everyone.

The banana is halved lengthwise and cut into pieces to fit in the pans. Put some honey over it and after heating, also sprinkle some cinnamon over it. That's what the kids like.

Frau Lich: Very nice for the kids, yes ;-)

But for adults there is a much tastier version:
Melt some butter in the pan, then put thin slices of banana in a fan-like manner and let it lightly brown.
Then put all the pans close to each other on top of the raclette, pour Grand Marnier over to taste and light.
Deglaze with cream.

Careful, that's addictive!

This is always with us as a dessert, can also be made with apples and Calvados, of course, with cinnamon to be refined.
