Rahmapfelkuchen

Our mom baked this apple pie for us children in the fall when we came home with bags full of fallen fruit. And you can believe me, 3 children can collect a lot of windfalls when they are promised such a delicious apple pie.

Ingredients:

125 g of margarine
125 g of sugar
1 packet of vanilla sugar
1 pinch of salt


Beat everything frothy.

Stir in 3 whole eggs until the sugar is dissolved.
200 g of flour
2 teaspoons of baking soda
2 Table spoons of milk,

Stir.


Fill the dough into a greased springform pan. Peel 1kg of apples and garnish them on the dough.

Make a pudding from the following ingredients.

250 ml of milk
250 ml of cream
100 g of butter
100 g of sugar
40 g cornstarch
2 eggs,

Put the pudding on the apples.

Bake the cake at 180 degrees for one hour and dust it with icing sugar after cooling. This tastes whipped cream.
