Restore and maintain luminosity of solar lamps

When solar powered lamps and garden plugs lose their luminosity, the following simple tip helps to restore or preserve them:

Meanwhile, there is hardly a garden or balcony without solar lamps in all forms.

Over time, they lose their luminosity, do not fully charge during the day, or fail altogether. Dirty or matt plastic takes a lot of precious luminosity.

  • Often they are vermoost by water from inside? or sandy. In this case unscrew the plastic disc, clean it thoroughly from below and attach it again.
  • In order to protect them from the weather and to preserve them, it is easier to use clear nail polish, which is used to brush the plastic disc and the edges from the outside.

You will wonder what difference that makes, how long the luminosity is maintained and how much brighter, clearer and, above all, more even the lamps shine.

If the solar cells are clean and protected, the lamp shines again like new and the sparse flickering in the garden has an end.
