- 500 g brown rice

preparation
- Cook the rice in salted water or broth for about 15 - 20 minutes, drain, rinse with cold water and allow to cool.
- In the meantime, fry the chicken filet cut into thin strips in a little oil and set aside.
- Wash the peppers and cut into small throws, the tomatoes as well.
- For the marinade, stir in the vinegar and oil with the spices, stir in the herbs and finely chopped dough.
- Add the rice with the vegetables - let the corn drain - place in a salad bowl, add the pieces of meat and pour the marinade over it.
- Possibly. to taste again. If the marinade is not sufficient, maybe add some more water and taste again.
- You can also prepare your own marinade and use it for your salad!
