Salad dressing cream garden herbs
We like leaf salad with a lot of salad sauce. For this I use the following recipe:
- 200 g of whipped cream
- 1 tsp sugar
- salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp
- 5 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 small onion (diced)
- 1 - 2 garlic clove (pressed)
- 1 sachet "Salatfix" flavor garden herbs)
You just put all the ingredients together in a large bowl and stir well. The onion comes at the end. Then, just before we eat, the previously washed and prepared lettuce comes into the bowl and it is mixed and served in small bowls.
Although this time is not quite "homemade" but you can of course replace the bag with fresh herbs, if they are at hand.
