Here is a little tip for the party buffet:

Ingredients:
- Pancakes
- Herbal Cream Cheese
- Smoked salmon

First you have to bake some pancakes. The recipe I think everyone ^ ^


But please do not sweeten, if then at most for the taste a pinch of sugar in the dough, that's it but then. It is also important that the pancakes are not baked too thick, otherwise they can not roll so well.

Now let the pancakes cool. To make it a little bit leaner, I put a sheet of kitchen roll between each pancake.

When the pancakes are cold, they are covered with the herb cream cheese. Best not too thick and not too close to the edge apply here, otherwise swells when rolling everything out.

Next, put the smoked salmon on the pancakes, roughly in the same area as the cream cheese. Then the filled pancakes are rolled up, wrapped in cling film and put in the fridge for some time. If they are needed then you just have to unwrap them, cut down the odd rolls and fix them with a toothpick (or something similar). Already the salmon rolls are ready :)

They taste really delicious, at my parties the things are always gone very quickly. Of course, you can also become creative yourself during the preparation and, for example, give some herbs in the pancake batter or take something else instead of the salmon. There are no limits to your imagination.
