Schnaps-Kuchen - a recipe of my grandma, which I bake every Christmas and want to introduce you here once.

ingredients

For the dough:

  • 150 g of sugar
  • 300 g of flour
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 pck of baking soda

preparation

  1. Make a batter from the ingredients
  2. Lay out the baking tray with baking paper and spread the dough on it, fold the paper immediately before the dough so that a margin is created.
  3. Bake for about 20 minutes at 180 ° C.
  4. Pour the cake directly after baking and peel off the baking paper, let the cake cool.
  5. From a 1/2 L of milk, make buttercream and spread on the cake.
  6. Dip plain biscuits in brandy or liqueur and place on the buttercream. The whole thing is finally covered with chocolate.
