Schnaps-Kuchen - a recipe of my grandma, which I bake every Christmas and want to introduce you here once.

- 150 g of sugar
- 300 g of flour
- 6 eggs
- 1 pck of baking soda

- Make a batter from the ingredients
- Lay out the baking tray with baking paper and spread the dough on it, fold the paper immediately before the dough so that a margin is created.
- Bake for about 20 minutes at 180 ° C.
- Pour the cake directly after baking and peel off the baking paper, let the cake cool.
- From a 1/2 L of milk, make buttercream and spread on the cake.
- Dip plain biscuits in brandy or liqueur and place on the buttercream. The whole thing is finally covered with chocolate.
