Table decoration made of pistachio nuts
Beautiful fancy table decoration made of pistachio nuts.
The decoration looks like a water lily, fits perfectly on any table as a small decoration. You can make them as big as you want, and also spray on the color that suits you best.
For the project pistachio flower is needed:
- Hot glue gun
- 1 piece of round cardboard (which you can cut out as big as you like)
- many empty pistachio shells
- Gold lacquer or color as desired
- some patience
This is how it's done:
- First, of course, the pistachios are fed empty, if you have done that, you cut out of a cardboard (maybe shoe box) a round piece. To help you can take a round bowl to cut out the circle more precisely.
- With the hot glue, you now stick the bowls on the cut circle, starting from the middle, like a rose and so you work to the very outside, you can see it well in the picture, how it should look best.
- With a spray paint sprayed now the flower (I took gold) and when it was dried, I painted with a nail polish in red some bowls inside with it. Now your beautiful pistachio flower is ready.
