Tea with eucalyptus sweet: refreshing in the heat
What should one drink in the heat? At first glance it seems strange, but try it out. A hot tea refreshes longer than an iced one. It is even more refreshing with eucalyptus.
I always have a pack of Fischerman's Friend with me. Preferably the very originals with eucalyptus flavor and sugar (so not the sugar-free). A sweet of it in a cup of hot black tea do and you have a wonderful refreshing drink in hot areas.
Just vacation, in areas where you better avoid the tap water and ice cubes, you can refresh yourself with it, without evoking Montezuma's revenge.
Whether in the hotel, restaurant, in the apartment or in your own four walls. A black tea is easy to get and quickly transformed into a refreshing drink with a eucalyptus sweet. A bag of candy loads the luggage with just 25 g.
It is certainly synonymous with peppermint or aniseed. But I would definitely take some on a sugar basis, they dissolve better.
