Fastest tomato sauce
ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tube of tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- Salt, pepper, sugar
- about 1/4 L of vegetable broth (gives 2-3 servings)
preparation
- Let the oil get hot, sauté the tomato puree briefly, sauté the oregano for 5 seconds and deglaze with vegetable stock.
- Add spices, stir well and done.
- Takes 5 minutes!
- The sauce can be variegated, but this recipe tastes delicious!
